One of my reader who denied to disclose his name sent me an email with captured image. The message looked about DHL fail to deliver package to user and enticed user to download and extract the zipped file. However, Symantec unable detect it.

Don't simply download/open/click any messages that sent from unknown sender. Make sure have a good practice by scanning whatever files downloaded with system antivirus although webmail antivirus return safe result.
