I was able to receive this kind of email phishing scams from someone who used the name of paypal. It's good to have a keen eye and keen mind all at the same time, the email used in sending the message was odd. So I contacted paypal and reported the said email. Paypal responded in 24 hours and confirmed that it was a phishing scam.
